Return & Exchange Policy
14 days to change your mind.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- For items damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece free of charge.
- Customised, personalised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching us.
